Helsinki can be referred to as the nature capital of the world. As it consists of beautiful parks and lush forest areas, making the city into an unbelievable green oasis. Thus venturing outdoors in the city is an utterly magical and completely unforgettable experience.
Luckily, there are parks littered all around the city and you do not have to commute far to go down to the woods. This means that no matter where you are in the city, you can very easily find yourself in the middle of nature. But in order to best experience Finnish nature a visit to some of the most appealing parks and gardens in town is a must.
