Helsinki Tourist Information

Helsinki Tourist Information provides free information about the city, attractions, events, and services, along with tips for a great holiday. 

Visit us for face-to-face assistance and pick up brochures and maps. We provide personalized assistance through chat and phone services as well as by e-mail.

During the summer season, Helsinki Helpers are meeting & greeting visitors at the pavilion info point on Lyypekinlaituri, in the city center, and at the harbors.

Accessibility:
The Tourist Information Office is located in a heritage-protected building, which has an effect on accessibility. The office has just opened in a new location, and the staff is continuously searching for opportunities to make the facilities more accessible.

There are stairs leading to the entrance and a threshold right after the inner door to the office. The threshold is marked with floor marking tape.

There are seats inside the office.

Transportation: The main office can be reached by taxi. The nearest public transportation stops are about 100 m away.

The Tourist Information in the pavilion on Lyypekinlaituri is accessible via a ramp and open during the summer season. The pavilion building is reachable by taxi, and the nearest public transportation stops are about 100 meters away.
