Pirkkola swimming hall, built in 1968, is located at Helsinki Central Park at the Pirkkola Sports Park, which is an active sports and exercise centre with outdoor routes, sports fields and other sports facilities.
The swimming hall offers a big pool, children's pool, learners pool with waterslide, café and outdoor sun terrace.
"Plotti", run in summer, is a small shallow artificial swimming "pool" with a sandy bottom and beach, especially popular among families with small children.

Opened in 1962, this Sports house is situated next to the Brahe sports field in Kallio. The swimming hall offers a 25 m pool as well as a children's pool and saunas. It is also possible to play ball games, train at a gym or join different fitness/aerobics classes. Café Welldone offers lunch and snacks.
Originally intended for the use of the pupils of Jakomäki Secondary School, the Jakomäki swimming hall was opened in 1972. The hall is located in the basement of the school, and after renovations it was reopened in 2010 - having been completely redeveloped in terms of functionality. Two swimming pools, saunas and a gym.
