Nereidi

<p>Nereidi is a seven-metre-tall sculpture by Hans-Christian Berg, located in the Kalasatama district by the Shopping Mall Redi.<br />
The two-part sculpture consists of a figure made of laser cut and painted aluminium plates and a concrete wave-shaped pedestal.</p>
<p>In his work Nereidi, the artist wants to convey the atmosphere and sensation of the hectic pace of our time. This multidimensional work can be experienced visually in many ways - both physically and mentally at the same time.</p>
<p>The work was selected by an international competition in 2016 and published in 2021, in order to implement art in public urban spaces in Shopping Mall Redi.</p>
