<p>Pitäjänmäen kyläkirkko, by architect Bernt Blom, was built in 1929. During its eventful history it has served as a church until 1959, then as a sauna stove factory and as a carpentry manufacturing boats, among other things. Later it was refurbished into a private home, apart from which it has also served as a culture venue.</p>
