It’s easy for anyone to get into it, irrespective of age or dancing ability. Just put on comfortable shoes and your everyday clothes. You don’t need a dance partner, everyone dances with everyone. The spirit of the <a href="https://hakasalmivilla.fi/events/a-glimpse-of-helsinki-a-guided-tour-of-the-exhibition-in-helsinki-slang/"><em>'A Glimpse of Helsinki'</em></a> exhibition is brought to life with different styles of senior dances, to tunes from the 1950s to the 1970s.
