The first Juurilla club in the spring features Essi Wuorela, known both from the a cappella ensemble Rajaton as well as her solo work.</p><p>Essi Wuorela is a singer and music teacher. She started her musical career with the solo album “Mitä tarkoittaa rakas” in 1994 and has since then worked as a professional musician. In addition to being a soloist, she has worked as a studio musician and a backing singer on many recordings and as a soprano in the vocal ensemble Rajaton for 25 years.</p><p><b>Free Mondays</b> is a series of Monday-night free events at Kanneltalo. The events include gigs, author visits, films and sing-alongs. As the name suggests, no admission fee is collected for Free Mondays’ events that are open to all. Start your week with a dose of culture at Kanneltalo!</p>
