West Metro Expedition

<p>Come and see what the award-winning stations and neighborhoods around the West Metro are like. The Helsinki metro line was extended westward to Espoo with eight new stations in 2017. In December 2022, the West Metro expanded further west with five additional stations.</p>
<p>During the West Metro expedition, you will hop on and off the metro train at different stations. At stations, you'll explore architecture, art and take a peek at the above-ground life. You’ll receive tips on where to head from the metro stations if you’re looking for nature, cultural sites, history, locally favored restaurants, cafes, or even breweries. The West Metro stations also have shopping centers if shopping is what you’re looking for. Each trip can be tailored according to your preferences.</p>
<p>West Metro Expedition lasts about 2 hours. During that time, you'll have time to visit approximately eight metro stations. Notice that the price doesn’t include the travelling ticket.</p>
