Noli Malmi
<p>Noli Malmi is located in northeastern Helsinki, in the diverse and rapidly developing Malmi district with history taking back centuries. You can catch a commuter train to south from Malmi train station, located just a few steps from Noli, and be in center of Helsinki in 15 minutes, or a commuter train to the north, which in turn takes you to Helsinki-Vantaa airport at least as fast. Additionally, there is an extensive bus network immediately above the train station.</p>
<p>The immediate proximity of Malmi station also guarantees comprehensive services for grocery stores, cafes and restaurants, not forgetting the cultural offer and the city library in the nearby Malmitalo building. The surroundings of Malmi Airport provides great outdoor routes, and there is also Finland’s most popular stream among the local attractions, which attracts nature spotters from further afield.</p>
<p>In addition to Noli Malmi's 238 studios, the facilities include over 500 square meters of practical shared spaces: a gym, sauna, a shared kitchen, as well as co-working and living areas and telephone booths. As usual for Noli, Noli Malmi also has a safe bike park and shared bikes for fast travel. Noli Malmi's premises also house a restaurant.</p>
<p>Noli's sister company Juli Living also operates in the same property in Malmi: Finland's only rental housing operator, whose operations are guided by carbon neutrality. The environmental values of the neighbourhood are therefore shared and the building have been applied for a Gold-level LEED environmental certificate.</p>
