<p>Särdough is a pizza restaurant in Hietalahti Market Hall. The pizzas are made with sour dough, which is fermented 5-7 before the pizza is baked. The restaurant serves also a few appetizers and desserts. The wine list contains wines from Italy and from the Old World. </p>
