<p>Vartiosaari is an island located in the inner archipelago of Eastern Helsinki, between Laajasalo and Tammisalo. On the island there are several villas, some private, some rented by different associations. There's also a nature trail, along which you'll find eg. an erratic block, a giant's kettle, a lamb stable to mention a few.</p>
<p>A connection boat by FRS Finland to Vartiosaari operates in summer from Laajasalo, Kalasatama and Vuosaari.</p>
<p>The electric callboats service from Laajasalo operate in the summer season (www.aurinkolautta.fi, departure from Reposalmentie 2).</p>
