Ossi Paloneva's pop-up restaurant concept and webseries VILLD transformed into a permanent restaurant in Alppiharju.

The weekly changing five course menu consist mostly of wild ingredients foraged from the Finnish nature. In Ossi Paloneva`s kitchen roots, berries, plants, mushrooms, seeds and edible flowers transform into clean and strong wild food experiences by traditional techniques like smoking, fermenting, dehydrating and sprouting.
