The rustle of leaves, the murmur of the rapids, and the whispers of history. The city of Helsinki was born along a mighty river. Besides Helsinki’s past, here you can also witness the currents of times to come. The area is home to both a design centre and a science campus. The area is also known for its modern urban planning: lively apartment blocks are just a short bike ride or walk away from cow pastures and the tranquility of a natural reserve.
