<p>Silentopia – When the birds fell silent</p><p>Silentopia is an interdisciplinary event straddling arts and sciences. It offers a compassionate space within which to examine feelings aroused both by the ecocrisis and our complicity in it.</p><p>Dance theatre Sivuun Ensemble invites the audience to Erkko Hall where a ritualistic performance transports towards transformation. Choreographer Ninni Perko’s furious, delicate and sacred initiation rite visualises new worlds and possibilities by building bridges towards a brighter future.</p><p>The whole working group - musicians, dancers, sound designer and scientists - all participate in the performance which takes place in a chapel of nature.
