This Christmas the Didrichsen Art Museum celebrates its Danish roots.

This Christmas the Didrichsen Art Museum celebrates its Danish roots. Gunnar and Marie-Louise Didrichsen used Danish Royal Copenhagen tableware for their festive table settings. Royal Copenhagen was founded in 1775 and was originally a royal porcelain factory.

The Christmas table setting at the museum is realised in collaboration between Royal Copenhagen, Fiskars Group and the Didrichsen Art Museum and it pays tribute to Queen Margrethe II for her 50 years on the throne. The Christmas table also includes Danish royal court supplier A. Michelsen's Christmas spoons, which the Didrichsen couple collected for many years. One of the Christmas spoons was designed by Queen Margrethe II in 1984.

Didrichsen Art Museum
15.11.2022-8.1.2023 Tue-Sun 11.00-18.00

Admission fee 14/16€
