Biking to Pizza! - bike tour
<p>The meeting point is at Teurastamo square, where the bike tour will go towards the Helsinki Parish Village (Helsingin pitäjän kirkonkylä), located in the city of Vantaa. The group will enjoy authentic Italian pizza at the restaurant Kahvitupa Laurentius. The bike tour will be following the Vantaa and Kerava rivers, passing places like Arabia, Vanhakaupunki, Oulunkylä, Pakila, Tapaninvainio and Tammisto, stopping along the way to hear exciting stories about the areas. The total travel time one way is about 1,5h, depending on our speed. Please note that there will be at least one steeper hill. On the arrival, the group will enjoy pizzas and an Italian atmosphere in a remarkable historical ambience. For the way back, you may either join the guide and bike back to Teurastamo area, stay and enjoy the surroundings of the Helsinki Parish Village, or take the train back to Helsinki from Tikkurila, which lays about 4,5km - a comfortable 15 min bike ride - away.</p>
