<p>Restaurant Nokka, led by head chef Ari Ruoho, is the only restaurant in Finland with personal, first-hand knowledge of the production methods and conditions used by the restaurants VIPs - Very Important Producers. The restaurant is committed to serving only the purest seasonal ingredients, sourced from the forests of Salla in Lapland and from smallholdings across Finland.

<p>In summer, Nokka opens out towards the Baltic Sea and offers what is undoubtedly one of Helsinki's most inviting outdoor patio areas, just a stone's throw away from the city centre. The café and shop serves lunch, wine and coffee, and it is possible to buy products featured on the menus and created by the carefully selected suppliers to take home, to enjoy as a snack or a full lunch.</p>
