<p>Restaurant Ultima explores the future of food. Chef Henri Alen is a huge fan of Italy. But because of the world situation there where no holiday trips to Italy in summer 2020. Alen decided therefore to bring a piece of Italy to Eteläranta. The Italian pop up restaurant "Fiasco? by Ultima" opened in August 2020.

<p>Ultima gets its inspiration from Italy, but the ingredients used are for most parts the best local ones.</p>
