Korjaamo

The Korjaamo Culture Factory in Töölö is a beautiful building that has a unique history. This old tram repair yard now houses the Tram Museum – as well as a super cool culture factory where you can catch live gigs. When the weather’s nice you can also cool down in between sets in the pretty courtyard. Korjaamo also hosts theatre performances and stand-up comedy acts, and it even has its own cinema!
Töölönkatu 51 AB

Tavastia

Tavastia is the most iconic live music venue in Helsinki that hardly needs any introduction. Tavastia is loved by fans and artists alike, and for good reason. And when the gig’s over, you can dance till four in the morning at the Saturday disco!
Urho Kekkosen katu 4–6

Semifinal

Tavastia’s little sister, Semifinal, is more intimate and underground venue that hosts up-and-coming bands, who get to practice their moves on stage while dreaming of that elusive recording contract. Here you can catch a glimpse at future legends on a weekly basis – and because it’s so small, you can rub shoulders with the band members in between sets!

Kaiku

Named one of the top 25 clubs in Europe, Kaiku is a great place to enjoy live electronic music. You can also catch international acts and new Finnish bands trying to break through. No matter what’s on the programme, the atmosphere in Kaiku is always electric!
Kaikukatu 4

Kuudes Linja

Kuudes Linja hosts a lot of live alternative rock, as well as some really cool rap. Rappers from Finland and abroad certainly seem to feel at home on the shabby cool stage!
Hämeentie 13 (entrance from Kaikukatu 4)

Ääniwalli

In the middle of an industrial area in Vallila is the pearl of the live music scene in Helsinki, Ääniwalli. Here you can enjoy fresh techno and electronic music but also heavy rap, black metal, and 23-hour marathon parties with live artists!
Pälkäneentie 13

G Livelab

A music club founded by the Finnish Musicians Union, G Livelab, could not be anything but the best. The space has been designed from city elements but with the priority on live concerts. The acoustics are second to none, providing the best possible sound for any gig regardless of genre.
